OMFG and the kitchen sink....

Now to the problem....

It seems that every 60 seconds vista will have its little blue circle thingy come up near the mouse like its "thinking" and it lasts for about 4-8 seconds then goes away. This I suspect is causing the huge lag spikes that i encounter in any game Crysis, FSX, ETQW, Armagedtron, you name it ... and with these "lag" spikes its like everything just freezes as far as the control of the game is concerned..but the music and video keep going...i can watch myself get *REMOVED* into a corner by someone in crysis but can do nothing about it until the lag spike is over.... MAKES ALL GAMES UNPLAYABLE

to top that off recently..ie as of last night i have had random BLUE screens of death that spit out the code
