Experience Index

Hi.
When I make an Experience Index Test the computer says it can't update due
to an error with a program, driver, or
device. I don't even know what to try to fix it.
Past: 5.3, 5.6, 5.9, 5.4, 5.4
Present: 5.3, 5.6, 5.9, 5.3, 5.4
This error can be made by my VideoCard drivers? In the past works fine,
never gave me a message like that! Computer runs well, i think....
A fresh and clean installation of Windows can be a solution?
