Windows File Backup and 2nd Hard Drive

I have a Toshiba laptop with 2 160GB hard drives. I installed Windows Vista
Ultimate and then used sysprep to move all of the user folders to the D
drive.

I've read that Windows File Back only backs up files on the c drive, is this
accurate? If so - can anyone recommend a small, light weight backup program
to use in its place.

Personally I keep all my files in the default folders.....then use Sync
Toy to sync the files/folders I want to an external HDD or where ever else
I choose.

Hope this helps
