Vista - Unable to delete problem reports & solutions

Borntoclone n/a posts	Unable to delete problem reports & solutions When clearing problem reports & solutions I am left with two entries. Selecting these and deleting them results in the error "Unable to delete items". Please help resolve this issue. Thank you
