Script blocked

When I click on Windows Help and Support, there are some 6 options, but 3 of
them bring up a warning saying "Script blocked".

What can I do about this?

Re: Script blocked

Hi Mike,

Which three options in Help and Support cause this error? I'll try to repro the problem here.

Re: Script blocked

Thanks for your response and help, Ramesh.

The 3 options are: System Information, Recovery Manager, and User Guides.

Re: Script blocked

Mike,

None of those options are present here (retail copy of Windows Vista installed). OEMs such as HP/Compaq/Dell customize the Help and Support interface. Perhaps you can right-click on the Help and Support page and click "View Source" to see which script is being invoked. Or try closing your security suite temporarily to see if that helps.
