| | Task Manager malfunctions Recently, when I try to open Task Manager on Vista Home Premium, I get a window with 2 panes, one titled "CPU Usage" and one tityled "CPU Usage History". Both windows display a "live" green on black graph. The window has none of the usual boxes in the upper right corner to minimize, maximize or close the window, nor are there any other options presented anywhere on the screen. The window is "always on top" and nothing I do will close it - except to reboot and then when I try to open TM again, I get the same thing. |
