Hi Alex,
Are you running Zone Alarm? That product is known to cause that driver
error. Make sure you are using the most recent software release version if
you are to avoid it.
Otherwise, what you have is a driver error, but there isn't enough
information in that problem report to tell you where to look. If you can
send this file to me at the email address used here (rick@xxxxxx) with a
subject line of 'per req', I might be able to tell you what to look at:
It should be found under C:\Windows\Minidump, and you'll need to set folder
options/view tab to see hidden and operating system files in order to see
it.
