I get a blue screen problem for Microsoft Product Support Services

the error is: Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

Hi,

This isn't Microsoft Product Support Services, this is a peer to peer
support area. You can locate them here: http://support.microsoft.com/ under
the "Need more help?" category. Support here is from other users like
yourself.

That said, this looks like a setup error? You didn't indicate if this was an
error while installing or if it was from a running system, but the event
viewer looks like it's pulling from the sertup disk. The error code,
0x00000124, generally is related to a problem with sound or video card
drivers (particularly with Nvidia cards).
