Vista - Explorer.exe restarting

I have a serious problem where my explorer.exe restarts every time I open a
folder (doesn't matter what folder.)
Sometimes it also doesn't restart, it is just gone.
After hours on google I found that this is a quite common problem, but I
can't find the solution.
I do NOT want to reinstall Vista (I have a dutch windows Vista Home Premium
32bit)
I am NOT talking about internet explorer but Windows explorer
