| | explorer top toolbar missing the only way to close or resize the window is to right-click on the bottom toolbar... the top bar is gone....those familiar 3 choices up in the top right corner are not there. this is so of IE - outlook - and all of my folders..... just started this a few days ago.... can anyone help me....? thanks.....yd |
