basically i have upgraded to vista premium 64 last week from 32-bit. I am using a HP DV2715NR laptop with AMD Turion 64 x2 TL-58 (1.9Ghz) and 2gig of ram. Here's my problem when i switched to 64bit.
Everything was fine at first install, but then with updates and programs install i see a bump of my CPU usage to 100% when i turn on/download files using utorrent. This is rather queer, i just experienced it yesterday and when i turn it on my Firefox web browser or Internet explorer cannot anymore access the web it is like utorrent hogs the whole bandwidth. this never happened to me with 32-bit vista with the same download + more apps running.
As a note im also running ESET Smart Security 64-bit on trial as antivirus if its good. While on 32-bit im using zonealarm.
I need help I dont want to downgrade to 32-bit.
