| Guest | How do you close COM surrogate? I have an HP Pavilion dv2315nr Notebook PC running Windows Vista Home Premium. I am trying to install an update from HP Total Care Advisor (PC Action Center). It says I need to close “COM Surrogate (Process ID 5176)” but of course they don’t tell you how to close it. I checked in Task Manager, Applications Tab and didn’t see anything running with that name. Can someone please tell me how to close the COM Surrogate? |
