| Guest | Problems with display when opening pdf in Vista Hello! I haven't seen this question anywhere, but I do hope that there is someone who can help me with this problem. Whenever I open a .pdf file, whether in Acrobat or within a web browser, my computer suddenly goes into low-color (8-bit) mode, and I have to go to personalization/display settings to correct it. I have the most recent version of Acrobat, and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but this still happens every time I open a .pdf! Is there anything I can do to stop this, and prevent it from happening in the future? It's extremely frustrating! Thanks! |

| Guest | RE: Problems with display when opening pdf in Vista Bob-- Thanks for the tip! I did wind up fixing Acrobat, but if I find there are any more problems, I will try Foxit. It's sometimes hard to find alternatives for widely-used software.
