Vista Tutorial - Need to stop receiving update notifications for Office 03

I have Vista Home premium w/ Office 2007 installed. I keep getting an update
notification for office 2003. Obviously I can't install the update because I
don't have the affected program. How do I make this stop happening? While I'm
at it, I have to deal with the "incompatible driver" notification every time
I start Vista. The warning refers to Sonic DLA. I've checked and the process
to make this go away will take far more time and effort than I am willing to
spend. I thought there was a way to disable that warning as well.
