administrator problems

I am the admin to my Pc, whenever i log in however it tells me i am not...it
also disconnects me from internet sites, very frustrating!!! I cannot log
into my hotmail account coz it says im not the admin..PLZ HELP!!!!

Sorry, Sunshine. You are not the admin. This part is certain. Someone in your household has the admin account, and put a parental control on your account preventing you from visiting your internet sites.
