CPU Fan runs faster and making big noice

Hi friends,
My System is HP pavilion a 1200il and has intel xtreem graphice mother board with 2.93 ghz processor.
This is the problem; After the booting my processor's fan runs faster and making big noice. it happening also some other occassions like gaming. but sometimes it's silent.

I think it maybe a hardware problem. but if there is any software solution or hardware solution pls. give me. I expect ur valuable advice.please....

Re: CPU Fan runs faster and making big noice

This is normal for most newer computers and all laptops. They use
temperature management features to make the fans run as a speed that
compromises between ultimate cooling and loudest noise. Older systems ran
the fans at 100% speed all the time and thus were always loud.

Yes, but you should replace the heatsink as well. There are lots of quiet
and efficient heatsink/fans on the market: see Arctic and others.

If it's a laptop, don't bother. Dismantle what you can and then blast any
dust out with compressed air.

Why would you want to? Everything is working as it should. Leave it alone.

Re: CPU Fan runs faster and making big noice

Blow some air (maybe buy a can of compressed air) over all the fans
including the CPU heat sink.
