Vista - RunDLL error help!

I got a new laptop the end of last year with Vista Home Premium, and got a virus, well a few viruses...

I unistalled Norton (the free trial had finished, I didn't realise), downloaded AVG anti-virus software, and got rid of them, but since then whenever I turn the laptop on, I get two error pop-ups saying

Error loading C:\Windows\system32\ookocxio.dll
and
Error loading C:\Windows\system32\aelrdvuj.dll

I had a look at some of the other advice here, and I haven't been able to do anything about this... so please help!
