do I need these running on startup?

I have 3 exe files on my laptop and was wondering do I need them running on
    startup. hkcmd.exe, igfxpers.exe, and igfxtray.exe

I guess their all Intel related

Google each one of them and see what they are/do.

    Then choose.

    Hi Debbie,

They are all normal for an Intel-based system and should not be disabled
    under normal circumstances.

hkcmd.exe is for your keyboard, keep if you want your custom keys.
igfxpers.exe for graphics you will need to check it but I think it's a
    keeper.
igfxtray.exe is the little Intel tray icon bottom right if you want video
    setting control
from there keep it. If you don't mind doing settings from right click on
    desktop
    disable it.
