| prem. 32 | error#4201 fixed event log would not start, contact w/ ms led to a sys. scan. the results was placed in c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log. in review of the report it showed the name&loc. of a corrupt file (in my case it was the "tcpmonini"). i sent a snippit of the report to ms . they replide w/a link to download a prog. that would install a batch file they had sent along w/ the same e-mail. prestoe/changoe event log is up and running. and my diskeeper started working as well . hope this helps some one. |
