There are no "vista program updates". Microsoft Windows operating systems have a built-in Windows Update. There is also Microsoft Update which handles both the operating system and Office updates. A lot of OEMs (HP, Sony, Acer) have their own update programs that come preinstalled on those sorts of machines. They may have their own "update managers". So I really don't know what you mean.
