You have picked up a rogue program. It is called "rogue" because it pretends
to be A Good Guy but is really Evil.

Go here and see if there are removal steps for it:

If you can't find them and/or need more help, register at Bleeping Computer
or one of the other specialty forums listed below. Read its posting FAQ and
do what they ask you to. Please don't post logs here in the MS newsgroups.

RE: antispy check

Run both SpyBot Search & Destroy and your Anti-virus in Safe Mode.
All info below.

http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html

Spybot Search & Destroy 1.5.2 is a very good, FREE Anti-Spyware Program.
Download, install, update, and immunize your System with it.
Then SCAN with it.
Update it, and scan your System once a fortnight.

Important re: Safe Mode
If you happen to find a problem that you can’t uninstall / delete, reboot
the computer, and go into Safe Mode.
To get into Safe mode, tap F8 right at Power On / Startup, and use UP arrow
key to get to Safe Mode from list of options, then hit ENTER.
RESCAN your computer with Spybot S & D while in Safe Mode.

Re: antispy check

Even though you see the file on your desktop RIGHT click it,
PROPERTIES, and see the Location there. Also look for
attributes and so on.
