| | Video Card Using System Ram I have 3gb of ram on my notebook with a 256mb nvidia card. Vista is taking 700mb and holding it for video ram. Is there a way to tell Vista not to do this? I do not want to have to upgrade to 64 bit and upgrade my ram to 4gb. If I could get that 700mb back I would happy. -- Dean |

| | RE: Video Card Using System Ram Vista uses RAM in the System's best interests. If required elsewhere, it will be utilised where it is required. -- Mick Murphy - Qld - Australia "Dean Browning" wrote: Quote: > I have 3gb of ram on my notebook with a 256mb nvidia card.
