| Vista Home Premium 64bit | Personalization windows canot load When I try to open the personalization panel, al I get is the page failed to load message. I get something got messed up with the themecpl.dll file since I read it is what controls it. Is there a way I could get it back, or someone send me a vista home premium 64bit version? |
