Vista - ...need help with Dreamweaver cs3/Vista Business

I have tried to install Dreamweaver cs3 on my acer extensa 5620z, running Vista Business 32-bit. I do not get any wrong messages during the installation - all is sucessfully installed. Every time I try to open the program after the installation, it stops at the "initialiazing". I have also tried "selective startup mode" before installing Dreamweaver, but with no luck... Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash CS3 runs normal...I can not figured out what to do... so, PLEASE ANYONE..OUT THERE!!

i too have this problem & tried the selective startup solution and still no luck - i cannot understand this because it installed on my laptop just fine!

my partner needs this programme but hates using the laptop, so please somebody help.

I have now found a soloution regarding this problem. Everytime you try to install or re-install Dreamweaver (or other programs) there are some files that not will be deleted in the registry on your laptop. Of course you can use a registry-cleaner such as CC-cleaner and so on - maybe this helps for you, but this is what I have done: I have done a complete pc upgrade to vista ultimate. The first program that I re-installed after the upgrade was Dreamweaver...YES - quite a job, but now I have no problems at all with this or other programs...
