| | when you install network framework 1.1 and 2.. does the pc slowdown? when you install network framework 1.1 and 2.. does the pc slowdown? I mean are there dll's or services that load, or anything else that can slow down a pc even slightly? Is there anything that runs along windows when you install these? Or do these frameworks load ONLY when needed from a program? I now I am talking about details here, but I am thinking of old systems, and whether I should install the frameworks on them.... thanks! |
