Microsoft Windows Search Protocol Host issue

Hey guys,
I'm new to this forum so go easy
I repeatedly get a message pop up whilst using my PC.
Here are the details of the message:
Title:
Microsoft Windows Search Protocol Host has stopped working

Options: -Check online for a solution (Ive already tried, and no such luck)
-Close

Dead Thread

The is no need to participate in this thread any more, Windows has been re-installed, there for solving the error.
The source supposedly was a virus or 32bit compatibly issue.
