Desktop Background Item Issue

Hi,
Right Click: "Personalize" - "Desktop Background"
Location: <ComboBox> <Browse...>
In <ComboBox> I have... <Windows>.Items and some C:\... locations...
One location <C:\...\New Folder> has been removed but the Item from
<ComboBox> is still there...
How can I remove that?

Thank You
