| | DLL Issues Recently receiving error messages: Error loading C:\Windows\system32\NvMcTray.dll & NvCpl.dll. I write to inquire what these do and if they have anything to do with my recent slowdown in connecting to internet sites. Also, installed internet explorer pro latest version. Still do not know how it helps me... I only see messages from URL recoveries. Guidance sought |

| | Re: DLL Issues NvMcTray.dll & NvCpl.dll belong to a System Tray icon used to manage settings for nVidia based graphics cards. It may be required for some 3D applications to recognize your card correctly - such as the game "Everquest". Otherwise, settings can be changed manually via the Display Properties or disable it through the system config. These have nothing to do with slowing down your internet connection. Regards, D.
