MST, SQLITE files in Temp folder

Remembering what I do now and then in XP, I went to Vista's Windows TEMP
folder to clear it out and saw a lot of files ending in extension MST (59
files, 14+ MB) and many times that number of files (over 400) whose names
began with SQLITE. What are these?
