| | Wndows Updates affecting Internet connection Very often after Windows has automatically downloaded updates I lose my connection to the Internet (wireless connection) and have to use Systems Restore to fix it. Can I prevent this happening? I am using Windows Vista Basic. -- MAR |

If the update is for your wireless connection remove the check and hide the update so you won't be tempted to install it.
