    Try running Disk Cleanup, and also delete the accumulated Restore Points and
    Shadow Copies (assuming you don't need them). Then try to defrag again.

    Ignore the warning. When OneCare executes a Defrag during tune-up it calls the
    built in Defrag in Windows and simply starts it running. It only allows it to
    run for a certain amount of time before it stops and proceeds with the virus
    scan portion of Tune-up.
