Hi,

I have Vista Business English installed on a computer that uses right to
left language (Hebrew). Randomly (and unfortunately too often), windows and
menus suddenly get displayed in right to left direction, as if the OS is in
Hebrew. The Problem is that the OS is in English and as such is the case -
all windows and menues should be in left to right direction.
