| vista home premium 32bit | Personalization "page failed to load" Hi my name is Steven, I've been trying to figure this out for about 2 months. When i try to load personalization from either control panel or right clicking on the desktop i get "the page failed to load" message in the middle of a blank page. Also, some of my icons on my desktop have a missing icon including the recycle bin. And the icons in my C: Drive are missing they're just blank. Please help, thanks. My specs: Vista Home Premium 32 bit |
