UNEXPECTED SHUT DOWN AND BSOD!!! PLEASE HELP!

So I know Vista isn't the best release Windows came out with, but I had
little choice when I got my laptop (brand new, 2 months old). I already had
one blue screen issue which had to do with a faulty update from windows, all
I had to do there was remove it.
Now, I am getting the BCCode: 9f Error. And for the life of me can't figure
out what is wrong!!!
It happenes when I close the laptop without shutting it down...but I can't
see the link between closing it and shutting down, why won't it just go to
sleep or hybernate mode on its own when I close the lid?

Anyways, I really hope someone can help, because Windows resolutions don't
work for nothing! Here is my specific problem report:

Thank you all in advance!
