Removing Visual Effects

Made a registry edit to fix disable all of Vista's visual effects, or at
least those found in Advanced System Settings and Window Color and
Appearance.

PAGE NOT FOUND
Anyway, i already tried using the VisualFX key (For all users) but the
function kept resseting itself to default with new users even if i modify the
Default user\Current Machine
