How Do I Schedule A Complete PC Backup In vista Utlimate?

I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate , could anyone tell me how I can schedule
a Complete PC Backup (presumably via Computer Management - Task Scheduler)?

My System SpecsSystem Spec

You can use wbadmin.exe and Task Scheduler.

Hi Toby,

Thanks for your reply, I guessed I could use Task Scheduler but I don't know
how. Presumably you schedule a program to run but which one and does it need
any switches?
