Personal Web Server on Vista

I would like to test my scripting (server-side script) in VBS and ASP, ASP.NET
Can I install PWS on my home computer running VISTA like in win 98?
Or do I have to purchase VISTA SMALL business edition?

You can "turn on" IIS 7 in Home Premium.
