How to prevent Ready Boost drive from appearing after "wake up"?

I’m using a Lexar SD in my media card reader for Ready Boost. It works fine
but is there any way to stop the drive from opening after “wake up” without
    turning off autoplay?

Just turn off the AutoPlay for the drive you are using for the readyBoost.

How? In "my" Autoplay window there is a section called: Devices :and Devices
that you connect to your computer will be listed here.
    There is no list. Nothing!
