Vista - print and page size

All the print and photos are small and to the right side of the page, when I
open Craig's List the right side is blank, on Mozilla the Google bar is top
center and about 2" long.

This is occurring in Mozilla? Ask in a Mozilla forum.

It happens in IE Yahoo all pages

Well then you need to be more precise in your description of the problem.
If this is occurring in IE then post to the internet explorer newsgroup.
That newsgroup is independent of the OS. When you post there give some
relevant information such as what OS, what browser, what web sites, what
exactly is the problem, did it always do this or is this a change, and if a
change what changes were made to the system between the time it worked and
when it didn't. See this link with some good info on how to make a good
