"Open command prompt here" and "Copy as path"

In Vista it seems right clicking a file or folder with the Shift key held
down reveals the 2 above (very useful) options in the shortcut menu.

They're so useful, in fact, I want them to appear in the regular right-click
shortcut menu, without having to hold down shift.

Possible?

Thanks

Re: "Open command prompt here" and "Copy as path"

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\cmd
Underneath this is a value named "Extended". Delete this value. With this
value present then Command Prompt here is only available with a shift +
right click - useless feature for mouse users.

The other one is a program so can't be changed.

Not sure I follow - making this registry change will do *what*, exactly?

Re: "Open command prompt here" and "Copy as path"

If extended is there you need to hold shift. That's what extended means.

Re: "Open command prompt here" and "Copy as path"

And I said delete. The presence of the named value itself is the setting -
not the contents asigned to it.

Re: "Open command prompt here" and "Copy as path"

Ok, I done this, and it works for "Open command prompt here", but I still
need to hold shift to get "Copy as path" to show

Re: "Open command prompt here" and "Copy as path"

As I said the second one is a program. It adds itself to the menu. It does
not have configuration options.
