| | Mayhem from creating new mail from web-click Using Windows Mail at the moment which works fine. Vista Ultimate 64 as well. Whilst browsing the web, if I click on a shortcut to create a new email, Windows Mail doesnt open, but up to 50 (yep...50) blank IE windows open, one after another. I just sit there and wait until its finished, then close them all. Another strange thing is that many of the new IE windows have the frame, menu etc, but the main window area is totally clear - like a picture frame without a picture. It's not stopping my life from continuing.....but any suggestions as to how, why, what etc? Paul |

| | RE: Mayhem from creating new mail from web-click Have you set up Windows Mail as the default program in Internet Options? It's a little different in Vista-- in IE7, go to Tools, Internet Options, Programs, Set Programs. "Paul Graham" wrote: > Using Windows Mail at the moment which works fine.
