Vista Tutorial - W E I not completing...

Bill Guest n/a posts	W E I not completing... I just put in a new video card and wanted to refresh my windows experience score. It ran fine but at the end a box came up and said it couldn't finish because of a device or program. Any fixes to this???? Thanks, Bill
