William Beard n/a posts	UAC-FileVirtualization Operation on file "\Windows\System32\msxml4.dll" and "msxml6.dll" excluded from virtualization. Can someone tell me what that means in English. Also, does it need to be fixed and if so how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
