Re: Notification area issues

Right click on Start button, select Properties, Notification Area,
and check box before System icons you want to Show. Also if you
click on Customise by clicking on "Hide when inactive" you can
change the default of "Hide when inactive" to "Hide" or "Show".

Hope this helps.

Re: Notification area issues

Open a Command Prompt window (cmd.exe) and type this command:

reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer" /s

Press ENTER. Copy the output and include along with your reply.
