Change boot sequence XP vs. Vista

I run XP and Vista as dual boot. Fisrt I had XP, thereafter I installed
Vista on a separate partition.
Turning on my computer and leaving it unattended results in booting up
Vista.
How can I change that, I'd rather like XP to come up automatically.

Re: Change boot sequence XP vs. Vista

Go to control panel and click the system icon. UAC will ask for permission
so you either need to press Continue, if you are the administrator, or ask
the administrator for the password details. Once the System window is open,
click the Advanced System Properties in the 'tasks' section on the left of
the window.
In the next system properties window, click the Settings button in the
startup and recovery section. When the startup and recovery window opens you
will see a section, at the top, marked 'default operating system' This
should currently show Windows Vist. Click the arrow button to the right and
it will expand to show Windows XP (or legacy operating system depending upon
whether you have changed the name). Click on the windows xp option. Windows
xp should now be showing in the 'default operating system' box. Now click
OK, followed by OK in the next window. Finally close the system control
panel window. The next time you boot the system will default to windows xp
instead of Vista.
