Vista - Memory Usage High

Memory Usage High

1 gig of memory and sitting still I am using 70-80% of my memory. Processes
are showing Idle at 98%. Vista Home Premium in use.

Vista preloads the RAM with files it thinks you're going to use, in order to
speed up the system and make it more responsive. If an application requires
the memory, Vista instantly releases it.

In other words, it's a good thing. Empty RAM is wasted RAM.
