Vista - Explorer Hang

Please help. Whenever I try to open a program from another program (ie attach
a picture to email or browse for a file to open from photoshop), the browser
just hangs there. If I try to print from notepad, when it get to where I can
choose what printer, It just hangs there and does nothing. I did an upgrade
from MCE2005 and this is the error report
