Vista - Rundll32.exe Error

I tried to access the mouse pointers and can't do it. Event Viewer shows
the following error message un applications.

Faulting application rundll32.exe, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549b0e1, faulting module SynTPCpl.dll, version 9.0.1.3, time stamp
0x454fe5cd, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x000247d9, process id
0x6ec, application start time 0x01c7852b0757253b.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi David,

See if there is an update for your Synaptec touchpad drivers. Rundll32 isn't
the problem, the module it's trying to load is. In this case, it is a file
that belongs to the touchpad.

hi friend i recieved this error when i tried to access my rear mic
settings. and my mic is also not working with vista. it stated "The
instruction at 0x6c153709 referenced memory at 0x013e65bc. the memory
could not be read." any suggestions
