Vista - Vista stopped booting

Vista was working well for me for a few restarts then I tried to install an
older sound blaster live 5.1 driver and before it even finished installing it
froze, since then when I boot it doesn't ever get past the gray vista loading
bar and the system automatically restarts. I've tried the startup fix program
in the and it said it couldn't find the error.

I told it to stop automatically restarting on crash and it gave me error
c000021.. status of 0x00000000 (0x00000001 0x001003c0)... if anyone can
figure out what that means.

The only other drivers I installed where ATI radeon vista drivers and an
AirLink wireless card drivers.. both worked fine
