    Toolbar is Windows 2000 style?

I just got a EVGA GeForce 8800GTS and after I installed it, the toolbar at
the bottom went Windows 2000 style. Everything else was the style too. But I
still have all the Windows Vista features though. Please HELP!!

Right click the desktop, select personalize, select theme, select Windows
Vista. If the option is grayed out or does not work try uninstalling and
    reinstalling the graphics driver.
